Artificial Intelligence in the Modern Office – Tendencies and New
Solutions
Moscow, March 19th 2026. –
Information Agency “Business-Inform” and the Association of Quality Consumables
Manufacturers and Suppliers held the Conference dedicated to the implementation
of recent developments in the field of artificial intelligence in Russian
IT-companies.

“Business-Inform” and the Association of Quality Consumables Manufacturers and
Suppliers (AQCMS) on March 19th, this year, held the conference “Artificial Intelligence in the
Modern Office – Tendencies and New Solutions”. During
the conference the most actual issues of the provision of information security
in modern offices, trade-rooms, and warehouses, their possible solutions based
on the AI-systems as well as recommendations on their practical implementation
were reviewed. The Conference saw participation by the representatives of 131
Russian businesses and organizations. The sponsors of the Conference were the
companies: DaLZ (Moscow), CUHDO (Moscow), INKOTEK (Moscow), BUSINESS-INFORM
Group.
During the Conference 5
reports were heard:
• “Issues of the Provision of
Information Security in Modern Offices, Trade-Rooms, and Warehouses and Their
Possible Solutions” (the speaker – Stanislav
Malinskiy, Russian University of Transport)
The Report Theses: Information security of
a business, its organization and practical implementation; new legislative
requirements of 2024-2026 and responsibility for their enforcement; personal
data, their processing and storage; organizing the security of buildings and of
the inside regime; actual control and access management systems; special
requirements and recommendations on technical protection of confidential
information and the features of their implementation in IT-companies; the
features of dealing with biometric data; the order of the Federal Service for
Technical and Export Control #117: new requirements for businesses and their
implementation; the AI systems in the modern offices: legislative requirements
new Public Standards and Technical and Export Control Federal Service
recommendations.
• “Printers, Copiers, MFPs, and
Cartridges are the Sources of Vulnerabilities; the Audit of Printing Devices
within Russian Organizations in 2024-2025 – Results, Findings, Recommendations” (the speaker – Stanislav Malinskiy, Russian
University of Transport)
The Report Theses: The office printing and its
organizing structure – legal, administrative, program-technical aspects;
microprogrammed, system, and applied software – vulnerabilities (visible and
hidden), methods of passive or active protection; the leading manufacturing
brands of printing devices and their policy of information security provision;
Brother, Canon, HP, Konica Minolta, Kyocera, Lexmark, Ricoh, Xerox printing
devices – the vulnerabilities are known and published, why are they not being
removed?; vaccination doesn’t guarantee the protection against viruses; new
printer/MFP vulnerabilities in 2024-2026; passive and active methods of
protection and legal limitations on their usage; the audit of printing devices
in Russian organizations in 2024-2026 – main results and conclusions; political
sanctions and state cyber-crime of European countries and the USÀ in 2024-2025;
new methods of active protection and their implementation.
• “The Smart System for
Detecting Hidden Information within Graphic Files and its Implementation” (the speaker – Vlad Kalugin,
Russian University of Transport)
The Report Theses: Steganography and its
common usage vectors within the modern systems of document workflow; documents
embedded with malware, their dissemination, potential threats and their
removal; the methods of detecting hidden information within graphic files and
their implementation within a smart system; practical recommendations on using
the smart system within the framework of the modern document workflow systems.
• “The Smart System for
Multifactor Authentication and its Implementation” (the speaker – Roman Bobrishev, Russian
University of Transport)
The Report Theses: The modern systems for
control and access management and their features; the task for detecting
employees by voice and its solution by using artificial
neural networks; the smart system for multifactor voice
authentication, its features and possible usage in organizing entrance and
inside-perimeter regimes within businesses’ premises.
• “New Methods of Cloned Voice
Detection within the System of Multi-Factor Authentication of Company
Employees” (the speakers – Alexander
Safronov, Russian University of Transport)
The Report Theses: The modern systems of
control and management of access and their features; applying biometry in
modern systems of control and management of access; the task of employee
voice recognition and its solution by using neuron networks; the issue of
cloned voice detection within the scope of tasks for provision of safety and its
solution; new methods of the detection of cloned voice in the modern smart
systems of voice authentication and their possible use in organizing entrance
and inside-perimeter regimes within businesses’ premises.
The participants of the
Conference discussed together with the speakers the provided information, the
perspectives of implementing of modern solutions within the Russian businesses
in the field of AI. A special attention by the Conference participants was paid
towards the measures for preparation of businesses to compliance with Federal
Service for Technical and Export Control order #117 (dated April 11th, 2025).
As a nice surprise for all the
Conference participants came the new issue of BUSINESS-INFORM
Review magazine (issue #49, 2025) and its appendix “Testing and
Quality” (February 2026). | |
